Weight Loss tips..

Alright all you ladies what are your weight loss tips?

  1. Check out sparkpeople.com. I am able to track my calories, exercise, water intake...it has just about anything you put in your mouth with the calories listed. Pretty cool. Also, no cokes ! :) But, I could drop a few myself. :(

  3. weight watchers! is that a bad tip? well that program stinkin' works.. not a scam like so many out there. basically the tip is to track what you eat. you'd be surprised!

  4. I'm of the opinion that any program works as long as you're motivated. I lost 100 pounds through sparkpeople... then gained 40 back when I stopped. Then I lost 50 pounds through weight watchers... I've only gained 15 back this time, so there's been improvement!
